Pricing
How much does a private chef cost in Atlanta?
Our service starts at a $650 chef fee plus food costs. A 3-course dinner for 4 guests starts at $689 all-in. Pricing scales with guest count, menu complexity, and location.
What's included in the chef fee?
Menu design, grocery shopping, professional cookware, prep, on-site cooking, plating, tableside service, and full kitchen cleanup.
Do you accept tips?
Tips are appreciated but never expected. Our quoted price reflects the full value of the service.
Booking
How far in advance should I book a private chef?
1–2 weeks for most dates. 3–4 weeks for holiday weekends, anniversaries, and groups over 8. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — just ask.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days out. 50% refund 7–14 days out. Deposit forfeit inside 7 days. We always try to reschedule when life happens.
Food & Dietary
Can Chef Rob accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and complex allergy combinations. Chef Rob handles cross-contamination control personally.
Where do you source ingredients?
Atlanta-area farmers markets, premium grocers, and specialty seafood and meat purveyors. Sourcing decisions are made dish-by-dish.
Do you offer wine pairings?
We don’t sell wine, but we’ll happily provide a pairing recommendation for your menu that you can purchase locally.
On Event Day
What do I need to provide for a private chef dinner?
A working stove, oven, and counter space. Chef Rob brings all cookware, utensils, serving equipment, and prepped ingredients.
Does the private chef clean up after the meal?
Yes — pots, pans, counters, stovetop, sink. Your kitchen is left as clean as we found it or cleaner.
Will there be a server?
For events of 8+, we add a server. Smaller events are run solo by Chef Rob, who plates and serves directly.
Service Area
Do you serve outside Atlanta?
All of Metro Atlanta (Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, Roswell, Duluth) plus vacation rentals in North Georgia including Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and Lake Lanier.
Is there a travel fee?
Inside the perimeter and Metro Atlanta — no travel fee. Beyond 35 miles, a per-mile travel fee applies and is quoted up front.
