OUR SERVICE

Will my chef serve my food?

For onsite Chef Services we will prepare and serve your meal from start to finish – Our chefs and support staff will come in, prepare your meal, service, clean up and leave the kitchen cleaner than they found it.

Can I request a chef for a dinner party or special occasion?

Absolutely! Please contact us for a customized menu for your special event.

How much do dinner parties cost?

Dinner parties vary in price from $75-$250 per person Plus a Chef Fee and Travel
An average dinner is $125-$175 per person Plus a Chef Fee and Travel

How long does the services take?

Generally, our meals take 30 minutes per course. As this is your event we are happy to accommodate to your timing in any way you need us to. Our Chefs arrive 2– 2 1/2 hours before service time.

How should I prepare for the service?

Do I need specific kitchen tools and pantry items?

No, our chefs will bring everything we need to create your menu.

If I had a problem with my services, who do I contact?

Your happiness is our main priority. If we did not live up to your expectations, please contact us.

Culinary Collective ATL strives to provide the ultimate private chef experience or you and your guests. We staff and prepare according to the headcount you have provided to us. Unexpected guests disrupt our ability to give you the best experience possible. It also may compromise our ability to keep your guests safe due to food allergies and food restrictions. Culinary Collective also understands that we can’t always get our guests to RSVP on time. Or plans change and people change. While we understand that unexpected guests may attend your event, we want you to be aware that unexpected or last minute add on guests will be charged the full cost of quoted per person rate.
SCHEDULING

How far in advance do we need to book with Culinary Collective?

As soon as you know you would like to plan an event, please contact us! We book up quickly for holidays as well as the summer season, we get requests several months in advance.

Do you service over the holidays?

Absolutely! We are open year-round, please note our chefs charges increase on major holidays.

Is there a maximum number of guests you can accommodate?

We can accommodate all sizes of groups. Please contact us for more details!

What time will my chef arrive?

Your chef will arrive 2- 1/2 hours prior to your first course. Please let us know if there are any specific instructions to enter your home or any specific parking instructions.

What if I am not able to meet the chef when thy arrive?

No worries, please give us detailed instructions on how to enter your home, and our chefs will come in and get started before you arrive.

Do you coordinate waitstaff, rentals & decor?

We will bring the necessary staff with us for your event. If you would like to rent china, silverware and glassware we can accommodate up to 30 people, for an additional fee.

What happens if I need to cancle my event?
You will need to contact us cancel your event.Our cancellation policy is:

How does the menu selection work?

You can choose from some of our standard menus or we can create a custom menu for your group. Feel free to ask us which are the available options!

Can I modify the dishes?

Absolutely, we will make all requested modifications to suit your group’s needs.

Can Culinary Collective ATL accommodate special diets?

Yes! Many of our menus can be modified to be GF, Dairy Free and Vegetarian.

Is Culinary Collective ATL an allergen free kitchen?

No, however we store all our allergens based on health department best practices. Please let us know of any food allergen in your group so we can accommodate them.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We use locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible. We work with many amazing local vendors, farms and ranches.

Does Culinary Collective ATL provide alcohol?

Culinary Collective ATL does not purchase alcohol for their clients. However, we are happy to pour wine and serve other drinks while we are onsite, to make your event special!

Who will be cooking my food?

Chef Rob will be your chef for your event.

Can I choose my chef?

We will do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we can’t guarantee our Chef’s availability.

Can I Meet my chef first?

We will get you in touch with your Chef via email as soon as you are ready to book, and we are happy to arrange a phone call for you to meet as well.

Yes, Culinary Collective ATL and the entire Staff are fully licensed and insured. Our chefs have decades of experience cooking in kitchens across the United States. Your comfort and safety is our #1 priority. You are in safe hands with us.
