GETTING STARTED

If you want to enjoy a fine dining experience with your guests, eating local and organic ingredients, and not having to do all the work, we are a great choice!

We service the Greater Atlanta area.
We are happy to travel outside that area for a travel fee, please email us today for more details!

OUR SERVICE

For onsite Chef Services we will prepare and serve your meal from start to finish – Our chefs and support staff will come in, prepare your meal, service, clean up and leave the kitchen cleaner than they found it.

Dinner parties vary in price from $100-$300 per person.
An average dinner is $150-$175 per person.

Generally, our meals take 30 minutes per course. As this is your event we are happy to accommodate to your timing in any way you need us to. Our Chefs arrive 2– 2 1/2 hours before service time.

  • Please make sure your kitchen is ready for us to arrive.
  • Make sure your dishwasher and sink are empty
  • Countertops are clear so we can get right to work. The oven is operational, your grill has gas.
  • We will set the table when we arrive, however if you have a vision for your event feel free to set the table as you would like it to be.

  • We will bring the necessary stuff with us for your event.
  • If you do not have enough place settings and would like to rent china, silverware or glassware, please contact us for rentals. We can accommodate up to 30 people for an additional fee.

Culinary Collective ATL strives to provide the ultimate private chef experience or you and your guests. We staff and prepare according to the headcount you have provided to us. Unexpected guests disrupt our ability to give you the best experience possible. It also may compromise our ability to keep your guests safe due to food allergies and food restrictions. Culinary Collective also understands that we can’t always get our guests to RSVP on time. Or plans change and people change. While we understand that unexpected guests may attend your event, we want you to be aware that unexpected or last minute add on guests will be charged the full cost of quoted per person rate.
SCHEDULING

As soon as you know you would like to plan an event, please contact us! We book up quickly for holidays as well as the summer season, we get requests several months in advance.

Your chef will arrive 2- 1/2 hours prior to your first course. Please let us know if there are any specific instructions to enter your home or any specific parking instructions.

No worries, please give us detailed instructions on how to enter your home, and our chefs will come in and get started before you arrive.

We will bring the necessary staff with us for your event. If you would like to rent china, silverware and glassware we can accommodate up to 30 people, for an additional fee.

You will need to contact us cancel your event.
Our cancellation policy is:
  • All deposits are fully refundable up to 21 days prior to your event date minus a $150.00 fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the full price of the event.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for 60% of the price of the event.
  • Final invoicing for Groups of 20 or more will include 20% gratuity.
  • Payment is due in full 10 days before the event.
 
MENU PLANNING

You can choose from some of our standard menus or we can create a custom menu for your group. Feel free to ask us which are the available options!

Absolutely, we will make all requested modifications to suit your group’s needs.

Yes! Many of our menus can be modified to be GF, Dairy Free and Vegetarian.

No, however we store all our allergens based on health department best practices. Please let us know of any food allergen in your group so we can accommodate them.

We use locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible. We work with many amazing local vendors, farms and ranches.

Culinary Collective ATL does not purchase alcohol for their clients. However, we are happy to pour wine and serve other drinks while we are onsite, to make your event special!

 

STAFF

Chef Rob will be your chef for your event.

We will do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we can’t guarantee our Chef’s availability.

We will get you in touch with your Chef via email as soon as you are ready to book, and we are happy to arrange a phone call for you to meet as well.

Yes, Culinary Collective ATL and the entire Staff are fully licensed and insured. Our chefs have decades of experience cooking in kitchens across the United States. Your comfort and safety is our #1 priority. You are in safe hands with us.
