Yes. Chef Rob personally leads every event and is your point of contact from planning to service. For larger dinners, we may add professional servers, but Chef Rob is still the chef running your menu and kitchen flow.

We serve Blue Ridge, Lake Lanier, and the greater Atlanta area, plus many North Georgia destinations. If you’re outside our usual radius, we can often accommodate travel—just share your location and dates for a quick confirmation.
We are happy to travel outside that area and state for a travel fee, please email us today for more details!

Absolutely. We can adjust ingredients, spice level, and courses to match your tastes and dietary needs. If you have “must-have” dishes or ingredients, tell us early so we can design the menu around them.

  • Countertops are clear so we can get right to work. The oven is operational, your grill has gas.
  • We will set the table when we arrive, however if you have a vision for your event feel free to set the table as you would like it to be.

Culinary Collective ATL strives to provide the ultimate private chef experience or you and your guests. We staff and prepare according to the headcount you have provided to us. Unexpected guests disrupt our ability to give you the best experience possible. It also may compromise our ability to keep your guests safe due to food allergies and food restrictions. Culinary Collective also understands that we can’t always get our guests to RSVP on time. Or plans change and people change. While we understand that unexpected guests may attend your event, we want you to be aware that unexpected or last minute add on guests will be charged the full cost of quoted per person rate.

No. Because we cook in different homes and rental kitchens, we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment. That said, we take allergies seriously and use careful planning and separate prep practices when needed—please share the severity of the allergy so we can confirm the safest approach.

How long does the service take?
Most events include planning, shopping, prep, and on-site cooking, so the total time commitment is more than just the meal itself. The exact timing depends on guest count and menu style, and we’ll confirm the schedule with you in advance.

Arrival time depends on your menu and service time. Chef Rob typically arrives with enough time to set up, prep, and cook so service starts smoothly. You’ll receive a clear arrival window before the event.

We use locally sourced organic ingredients whenever possible. We work with many amazing local vendors, farms and ranches.

No problem—just let us know ahead of time. We can coordinate entry instructions, parking, and where to set up in the kitchen so everything runs smoothly.

We’ll send simple prep notes, but in general: clear some counter space, make sure the stove/oven are working, and confirm where we can place groceries and equipment. Emoty sink and dishwasher,  If you’re in a vacation rental, we’ll also confirm kitchen basics ahead of time.

Usually no—Chef Rob brings the tools needed for service. We mainly need a working stove, oven, and adequate counter space. If a menu requires something specific, we’ll confirm it in advance.

We’re available for many holiday dates, but availability is limited and books early. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
