Terms of Service

Effective date: March 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Culinary Collective ATL website and any related services, including private chef services, meal prep, drop-off catering, and event/retreat catering (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the website or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services Provided

Culinary Collective ATL provides private chef, meal prep, and catering services in the Atlanta metro area, throughout Georgia, and—when available—out of state. Service availability, staffing needs, and pricing may vary by date, location, guest count, and menu complexity.

2) Booking Requests and Confirmation

To request Services, submit a request through our website or contact us directly.

A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Culinary Collective ATL by email and the required deposit is paid.

3) Pricing, Estimates, and Food Cost Changes

Quotes may be based on estimated guest count, menu, location, and current ingredient costs.

Because food costs can fluctuate, menu pricing may change within fourteen (14) days of the event.

If a significant change in ingredient cost occurs, you may choose one of the following:

Pay the additional cost based on the adjusted price, or

Substitute menu items to maintain the agreed per-person price.

4) Deposits, Payments, and Due Dates

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.

Payments may be accepted by credit card, debit card, or cash (availability may vary by event).

5) Menu Selection and Finalization

Menu may be selected by the client or chosen from Culinary Collective ATL offerings.

The menu must be confirmed ten (10) days prior to the event date.

If the menu is not confirmed by the deadline, additional charges may apply—especially if supplies or ingredients have already been purchased.

6) Guest Count, Event Details, and Client Responsibilities

To deliver a smooth experience, you agree to provide accurate event details, including:

Event date/time, location, and access instructions

Final guest count by the agreed deadline

Dietary restrictions and allergy information as early as possible

You are responsible for ensuring the event location has a safe, working cooking environment (including a functioning stove/oven when required) and reasonable access to water, power, and workspace.

7) Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Client cancellations

If you need to cancel, notify us as soon as possible in writing.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit will be refunded minus a $250 processing fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are handled case-by-case and depend on availability. Fees may apply if ingredients have been purchased or staffing has been arranged.

8) Force Majeure (Acts of God)

Culinary Collective ATL is not responsible for failure to provide Services when prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, accidents, power failure, severe weather, fire, flood, public health emergencies (including COVID-related restrictions), or similar events.

If Services cannot be completed due to a force majeure event, the event may still be charged up to 100% of the total bill depending on costs already incurred (including purchased ingredients, prep time, staffing, and travel). Where possible, we will work with you on rescheduling.

9) Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies

Please inform us of dietary restrictions well in advance so we can plan accordingly.

While we take reasonable precautions to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment (including nut-free environments), especially in third-party kitchens and event spaces.

10) Alcohol

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Culinary Collective ATL does not provide alcohol. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or permissions for alcohol service at your event.

11) Cleaning, Equipment, and Damages

We aim to leave the kitchen in a clean, respectful condition consistent with normal service.

You are responsible for damage to Culinary Collective ATL equipment caused by guests or conditions at the venue.

12) Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, menus, and logos—is the property of Culinary Collective ATL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culinary Collective ATL will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or Services, including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
